What a lovely little pueblo. It was market day today and the streets were filled with all sorts of vegetable and fruit stalls. The people were friendly. We were the only non-south American people around. This is certainly off the beaten track. Mass tonight included the very little long version of a baptism! I didn’t know there was such a thing! Sister Patrica has been so welcoming and her home is a little sanctuary behind the tall gates.
