As we rounded the corner into the plaza, we all gasped audibly. The Plaza de Armes in Cusco is simply beautiful. No words can really describe it and there is no photo we can take that does it justice. It is one of those places you just have to be to appreciate the beauty of it; the street lights, the fountain, the Inka Statue, the architecture of the various churches, the arches, the house lights up the hills behind it, and of course the little Quechuan people in traditional dress. All of it contributes to Cusco’s beauty.
